Cuts, Cuts, Cuts to ACA and Medicaid * STAUNCH ACA FOES LEERY OF BUDGET DEAL – The good cheer yesterday shared by Congressional leaders and the White House over the surprise deal to keep the government funded until next spring was not universal, Pro’s Kyle Cheney reports, particularly among some House Republicans who really want to defund the ACA. Rep. Tim Huelskamp (R-Kansas) said he would support the resolution. “But, of course for conservatives like me to agree to that [spending] level, those on the left will have to compromise, too. This means that we should not fund Obamacare carte blanche, and that certain riders relating to the EPA and abortion must be included.” Rep. Michael Burgess (R-Texas) said that he still needs to read the proposed deal but is “concerned about continuing to do things that fund parts of the Affordable Care Act.” He says he won’t “unilaterally disarm” on the issue but would weigh the risk of a government shutdown. And Rep. Jeff Flake (R-
